Gargi began her career as a TPA Benefits Analyst with Morneau Shepell, where she provided third-party support to employees on behalf of client organizations. After gaining foundational experience in benefits administration, she transitioned into a direct role. There, she worked closely with internal teams as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for employee benefits, supporting HR Business Partners and Payroll with day-to-day inquiries and more complex issues. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and has completed graduate certificates in Financial Planning, as well as Strategic and Human Resource Management from Centennial College. Her educational background, combined with hands-on experience in both third-party and in-house environments, has shaped her well-rounded approach to client service and HR support. Outside of work, Gargi enjoys traveling, reading, trying different cuisines and is a big fan of crosswords. A devoted animal lover, she finds joy in spending time with pets and exploring new cultures and experiences. Her curiosity and commitment to learning are at the heart of both her personal and professional journey.
